GH3030 products are used in the combustion chamber and afterburner parts of aero engines
GH3030 is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800˚C, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding processes performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. The main products are cold-rolled sheets, and deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and pipes can also be supplied. It is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components that work below 800˚C and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100˚C but with little load. GH3030 has strong heat processing and cold processing performance, and is used to make various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.
Melting point 1374-1420 ˚C
Heat treatment system
The solid solution temperature is 980-1020˚C. The cooling method is air-cooled for hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled sheets and ring billets, cold-drawn bars are water-cooled or air-cooled, and pipes are water-cooled.
Quality specifications and supply status
Deformed products of various specifications can be produced, bars and ring blanks are heat treated and delivered; hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled sheets and pipes are supplied after solution and pickling; wires for cold heading are in the state of solution and pickling. Delivery of pan-shaped goods in straight strips, solid solution straight strips and polished goods cold drawn; pipes are delivered in solid solution and pickled state; cold drawn rods are annealed, annealed plus pickled, annealed plus polished, cold drawn State delivery.
Melting and forging process
Vacuum arc remelting, non-vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag melting.
